The wine shows a deep ruby red color, complex aromas of black cherries, tobacco and cinnamon. A great concentration, well structured on the palate with soft tannins and a long finish.
Best with grilled meats and stews.
"This red offers peppercorn and plum aromas. The juicy palate shows herbaceous notes, with a touch of coffee over mild flavors of black fruit framed by chunky tannins. It has a nice medium finish. - JESICA VARGAS"

"Inky ruby. Deep-pitched aromas of dark berries, cracked pepper and tobacco slowly take on a hint of toasty oak. Fleshy and open-knit, showing good heft to the medicinal cherry and cassis flavors. Becomes spicier and more lively with air and finishes smoky and long, delivering gentle tannic grip and an echo of sweet dark berries. - Josh Raynolds"

"Opaque ruby. Heady, spice-accented cherry and dark berry scents show good clarity and gentle smokiness. Sappy and seamless on the palate, offering bitter cherry and cassis flavors that become sweeter with air. Shows very good energy and lift on the finish, which is firmed by supple, slow-building tannins. - Josh Raynolds"

"The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Uber Cuvée is 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Syrah, and a selection of Fran Kysela working with winemaker Alberto Siegel. This wine offers up a deep ruby/purple color, loads of blackcurrant fruit with licorice, roasted pepper, a touch of baking spices and a soft, round, juicy finish. It should drink well for 3-4 years."
