The Organic grapes for this lovely wine come from Gualtallary and Vista Flores, two different sub-regions within the Uco Valley, in the South of Mendoza Province.
These vineyards are located at 1,000 and 1,150 meters above sea level respectively. Winters are cold and summers warm, with large diurnal temperature oscillation. The rock and sandy type of soil gives a complex and fresh kind of wine, which this amazing terroir expresses purely and authentically.
There is an intense presence of fruit in this fresh and complex wine, with a round palate coming from the oak aging. Good acidity to complete the freshness and balance.

Founded in 1862, Casir dos Santos is one of the oldest wineries still operating in Argentina. The winery produces wine from the Uco Valley, Lujan de Cuyo and Maipu.
