Inspired by a particularly expressive crop of BRU-1 hops found during Jackie O's yearly hop selection, Under a Cloud boasts notes of nectarine, candied orange, and tropical fruit. Simcoe, Ekuanot, and Citra Cryo Hops bolster these tones, heightened by a mash featuring lots of fluffy malted and flaked oats. A heavy- handed dry-hop makes Under a Cloud one of Jackie O's most aromatically explosive IPAs to date.
