It is produced from the finest barrels at Pearmund Cellars.

While we do not disclose the exact blend of Black Ops, we do strive for a consistently bold, concentrated, and intense wine year after year. On the nose of Black Ops 7th Mission notes of dark cherry, plum, vanilla. A structured palate balances concentrated flavors of black tea, dark plum, dark cherry, roasted red pepper, caramel and oak that linger on the palate.
