A PX barrel aged version of Dry Fly's popular 100-percent Washington Wheat Whiskey. The barrels had PX cream sherry in them for 10 + years. The barrels were washed, repaired and cleaned in Spain, and then five gallons of PX was added for the trip to America (to keep the wooden cask swollen and hermetically sealed). Once at Dry Fly, the PX was removed and wheat whiskey was aged in the barrels for 4 months. The result is complex artisanal spirit with aromas of nuts, and raisins and a hint of sherry.
