We believe that exceptional wines are created in the vineyard and that we are custodians, rather than creators of quality. Six generations of rich viticultural and geological family history has gone into creating this Riesling, grown in our Mount Crawford estate vineyard, at the southern end of Eden Valley.
Vibrant pale straw in color with brilliant green highlights. Lively citrus, perfumed florals and gentle talc aromas jump from the glass, showing true Eden Valley characters. Fresh cut lime, fragrant lemongrass and a fine minerality are highlights of the palate, which also has a beautiful, long acid drive. The result is finely balanced wine with precision, perfume, and a delicious core of mouth-watering fruit.
