Dry Fly Distilling is a farm-to-bottle distillery in Spokane, Washington. They are a complete grain-to-glass operation, making vodka, gin and whiskey using only locally grown grains and botanicals. Their two stills, manufactured in Goppingen, Germany, are 450-liter Christian Carl pot stills with full rectification capabilities.
Dry Fly was founded by Don Poffenroth and Kent Fleischmann. Prior to starting Dry Fly, Don and Kent studied with Kris Berglund at Michigan State University and trained in distillery operation with Alexander Plank and Nick Haase of Christian Carl Distilleries in Germany.
