"Cool and pretty notes of petrol, yeast, citrus rind and apple complement the equally yeasty medium-bodied flavors that are rich, complex and dry without being especially austere. This is definitely a full-flavored and generous blanc de blancs that is satisfying if not as crisp as the blanc de blancs designation would suggest.
