Saison des Rêves is a collaborative saison brewed with Perennial’s friends in Belgium Brasserie de la Senne. It is brewed with European-grown Pilsner malt, 40% spelt, and dry-hopped lightly with fresh vintage Huell Melon. Finally, the saison was package-conditioned for ultimate crispness and crushability.
