Light, bright pink. Red currant, strawberry and chalk on the nose, with a touch of orange gaining strength with air. Dusty red fruit and citrus flavors are braced by tangy minerality, which adds lift and cut. Uncompromising in the best way, finishing with excellent clarity and echoes of lemon and orange zest.
This is a very versatile wine. You can have it on its own in the summer time as an aperitif. But it is also excellent with hors d'oeuvres and terrines. It will compliment any white meat dish and poultry. You can also enjoy it with salmon or exotic food (slightly spicy sushi).
"Pink color. Aromas of strawberry fields, eucalyptus, and fresh ferns with a fat body and a very long watermelon, persimmons, lime zest, and sea salt finish. An energetic, lively Rose with exotic flavors that are sure to tantalize."

"Light reddish pink color and revealing a spicy, cherry like nose and a very fresh, concentrated attack. The full, vinous palate shows more cherry with citrus, stone fruit, and herbal notes. A flavorful and nicely balanced Sancerre Rosé. Made from 20-55 year old vines, 50% direct press and 50% saignée, fermented and aged on the lees in stainless steel."

"One of our favorite rosés in our 2017 annual rosé review, the Michel Thomas Sancerre is a complete wine. Pale salmon in color with a red cherry skin scent, the wine is full in the mouth with clean red cherry flavors. It has good balancing acidity and a lingering, rich finish."

"Pale orange. Vibrant, mineral-tinged aromas of strawberry, orange zest and jasmine slowly develop a hint of herbacity. Dry and focused on the palate, showing very good tension to the bitter red berry and blood orange flavors. Shows a refreshingly bitter quality on the finish, which lingers with strong, stony tenacity."

"Showing light red cherry and herbal notes, this Pinot Noir based rosé is densely flavored and balanced, finishing with good length and rich extract. Needs food to show its best. Made with 50% direct press and 50% saignée."

"A lively, complex, herbal Rosé that has tons of sweet strawberry and watermelon fruit, the 2015 Sancerre Rose is medium-bodied, juicy and racy on the palate, with bright acidity and a clean, dry finish. It's a solid meal starter to enjoy over the coming summer months. - Jeb Dunnuck"

"Bright orange-pink. Lively, mineral-tinged aromas of fresh red berries, orange peel and honeysuckle, with a hint of anise building in the glass. Dry and nervy in the mouth, offering vibrant strawberry and orange pith flavors and a suggestion of rose pastille. The floral element comes back on the finish, which lingers with very good spicy persistence."
