The wine is a blend of the following Sancerre terroirs: 50% Caillotttes, 40% Terres Blanches and 10% Silex.
The grapes are coming from parcels located in Amigny, a hamlet located half a mile away South from the most famous terroir of Chavignol.
Light gold in color, the complexity and balance of this round and ample wine are linked to the mosaic of Sancerre terroirs that bring a fresh, lively and fruity character, richness, power, and typical minerality. Medium acidity and freshness bring out attractive peach and citrus fruits.
Pair nicely with fresh goat cheeses, oysters with lemon, grilled lemon chicken breasts and Mexican dishes. Serve these whites at 46 °F (8 °C).
