A deep purple color, powerful and elegant wine with a rich nose, fruit aromas. Well-balanced, powerful yet refined on the palate with present but mellow woody tannins, fruit flavors. Decant for an hour or two before serving so the wine can express its full flavor.
Grilled vegetables and grilled steaks will be a perfect match, but pizza, pasta and hamburger will work very well too !
"This is a firmly structured and concentrated wine, featuring black fruit that has the weight to balance the dense, solid tannins. Powered by the richness of the vintage, this should age for 3–4 years. - R.V."

"A firm, dry textured wine, with tannins that are now losing more fruity character. It needs at least an hour in a decanter to show its more balanced nature. Ready to drink. — R.V."
