The Cuvee Especial is a Graciano and Syrah blend aged in oak barrels that produces a full-bodied, fresh wine of great complexity and long lasting finish.
"The 2021 Finca La Pared Cuvee Especial is 50% Graciano, 30% Syrah, and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep purple-hued, it has a stunningly pure, nuanced nose of ripe blue fruits, graphite, liquid violets, ground pepper, leather, and cedarwood. I love its overall purity. It's medium to full-bodied, with fine tannins, fabulous overall balance, and a great finish. It's a brilliant wine that I would be thrilled to drink any time over the coming decade."
