This Chardonnay has a pale yellow color. On the nose it is complex with citrus and tropical fruit aromas balanced with notes from the oak aging. On the palate it has good acidity and a long finish.
Pairs well with fish like Tilapia, salmon and white meats.
"Showing a little more complexity than the Crucero, the Special Reserve is aged in French oak for 6 months. It offers good typicity of the Chardonnay varietal with notes of orchard fruit accented by hints of honeysuckle and flint. The mouth feel is soft, balanced and lightly flavored. It would pair well with simply prepared chicken breast or grilled trout. Aged in French oak barrels for 6 months."
