100% Riesling.
Vintage Notes: Moderate temperatures during the growing season allowed for a leisurely ripening throughout the season. October rain led to a late harvest, allowing added maturity. The result was a well-balanced off dry wine.
Tasting Notes: Our Riesling has delightful notes of pear, apple butter, and Meyer lemon on the nose with touches of apricot, white peach, and kumquat on the palate. Crisp and refreshing, with ½% of residual sugar, making it slightly sweet - or ‘Off-Dry’.
