"A blend of 50% Malbec, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot, all from Gualtallary, aged for 18 months in American and French oak. The nose was shaped by the cool year, offering pepper, blackberry and hints of mint along with faint aromas of fresh plum and cherry. Smooth and fluid in the mouth, delivering mild tannins and a bold style, this is an elegant wine made in a cosmopolitan style comparable to certain Burgundies. Relaxed and skinny for an Argentine wine; it is the lack of compression that allows the subtle notes to come out. - Joaquín Hidalgo"
