"Bright red-ruby. Pungent peppery, herbal lift to the aromas of redcurrant, raspberry and tobacco leaf. Surprisingly sweet on entry, but the intense red berry and spice flavors are energized by firm acidity and an element of mountain herbs in the mid-palate. This firm yet immediately accessible Cabernet Sauvignon has less of the peppery quality--and more obvious fruit sweetness--than the Cabernet Franc. Finishes with a fine dusting of tannins and repeating notes of herbs and pepper. (14.5% alcohol). - Stephen Tanzer"
