"The white 2017 Lágrima Canela is a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Sémillon from a warm and dry year, and the wine is not shy at 14.5% alcohol with 7.7 grams of unfermented sugar. It has a toasty and buttery nose reminiscent of some Chardonnays from the past. It finished fermenting and matured in new French oak barrels for seven months. It has ripe and oaky flavors but lacks a bit in the middle. 6,500 bottles were filled in April 2018. - Luis Gutiérrez"
