The attack is quite intense showing red cherry and cranberry and there’s excellent depth of flavor with a light herbal accent adding interest. Has enough depth of flavor to pair well with grilled ribs or other grilled meats. A blend of 80% Grenache, 10% Carignan, and 10% Cinsault."
