"(14% alcohol): Good medium red. Musky redcurrant, clove, mocha and soil on the nose, plus a whiff of mesquite-grilled steak. Plush, broad and nicely concentrated, and a bit darker on the palate than it is on the nose, offering hints of cassis and licorice. The dry finish features a firm tannic spine. This may yet expand in bottle. - Stephen Tanzer"
