"Hailing from the Segovia section of Castilla y León, this barrel-fermented and oak-aged Verdejo opens with toasted aromas of wood grain and baked white fruits. A full and round palate is creamy but braced by core acidity. Honeyed melon, apple and vanilla flavors finish smooth and creamy. With 10 months of lees aging and grapes from 200-year-old bush vines, this wine has an elegant character. Drink through 2024. - MICHAEL SCHACHNER"
