"Vivid purple. Cherry, cassis, vanilla and a hint of woodsmoke on the pungent nose. Broad, fleshy and sweet on the palate, offering pliant, oak-spiced black and blue fruit flavors and a strong dose of vanilla. Shows good energy for its richness and finishes plush and long, with supple tannins making a late appearance. There is a lot of rich fruit here but the oak does give me pause. - Josh Raynolds"
