Fermented in French oak and rested on the lees for 12 months, it's layered with floral notes of buttercup as well as vanilla and melon. A dollop of pineapple and lime softens the high acidity and lifts up the wine's savory qualities, highlighted by its sleek, salty mouthfeel."
