"Bright orange. Ripe red berries, tangerine and succulent flowers and herbs on the nose. In a broad, weighty style, imparting juicy raspberry and bitter cherry flavors and a spicy snap of white pepper. Finishes smooth and long, with the cherry and floral notes repeating. This is definitely a wine better suited to being served with food than by itself - this is a Tavel producer, after all, and one of the very best of that region. - Josh Raynolds
