"The 2020 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc Le Miocene is a largely tank-matured blend of 60% Clairette and 40% Roussanne. It's on the broad, tropical side, with notes of guava, apricot and pineapple, a rich, full-bodied feel on the palate and a finish built on richness more than freshness. Tasted twice (once blind), with one of the samples showing more peppery spice and lime zest on the finish."
