"The just-bottled, barrel-fermented 2017 Blanco Fermentado en Barrica is a blend of 85% Viura and 15% Malvasía Riojana. It matured in new oak barrels (75% French, the rest American) in contact with the lees and bâtonnage twice per week for three months. It's young, fresh and fruitdriven with little inuence from the barrel and with dominant aromas of apple. The palate shows some austerity, fresh fruit and clean flavors. 93,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in December 2017."
