"The 2010 Finca Sobreno Ildefonso is a selection from two 80-year-old vineyards fermented in 2,000-liter oak vats and aged in barrique. It has a balsamic nose with plenty of dried herbs and spices (black pepper, clove), with the imprint from the barrel in the background. The palate is medium to full-bodied, with round tannins and some warmth towards the finish. This is a serious Toro. Drink now-2018. - Luis Gutierrez"
