"More of a whisper than a shout, but with much to say, the 2021 Viognier WeatherEye Vineyard High Canyon Series blossoms with raw almond, white flowers and candied ginger, complementing vivid apricot and lime aromas. Silky and enveloping, this washes across the palate in creamy textural waves showing ripe orchard fruits and candied citrus tones. The 2021 becomes mineral through the finale, leaving the mouth watering as savory spice nuances slowly fade.
