The ibizkus rosé wine is made from Mourvèdre grapes, from more than 40 parcels located in the San Mateo Valley (with clay soils) and the San José area (with sandy soils).
Beautiful salmon color. The wine shows a great floral character. In the mouth, it is balanced with freshness and depth of flavors, with a long pleasant finish.
