Le Petit Cabrieres Rouge is a Vin de Pays du Vaucluse as it is made from grapes grown right outside the Cotes du Rhone geographic designation. 

Intense red color with purple highlights. Powerful nose of red fruits. Fruity on the palate with a beautiful freshness.

Maceration : during 2 first days cold at 5 to 8°C, then fermentation at 25 to 30°C during 3 weeks, pumping-over 2 time a day, release 2 time a day during the fermentation.
Ageing 12 months in concrete vats with ceramic coating and/or stainless steel tanks.
Wine was slightly filtered before bottling.
