This Malbec is from Casir dos Santos' Vista Flores vineyard in Tunuyan (Uco Valley).
Deep ruby color with aromas of ripe blackberries and plums and notes of forest, smoke and spice. Complex and structured with firm and elegant tannins. Well balanced acidity. A great reflection of the terroir.
Great with beef or lamb on the grill.
"The 2017 Reserve Malbec is a straightforward varietal, apparently now produced exclusively with grapes from Vista Flores in the Valle de Uco and Maipú. It shows some concentration and ripeness without excess, matured in second and third use barriques for eight months but nicely balanced and integrated. It has a medium to full body and some dusty tannins. It develops a beeswax and honey note after some time in the glass. 6,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in Mach 2019. - Luis Gutiérrez"

"Interesting aromas of new leather, dark berries and walnut shell follow through to a medium body, fine tannins and a juicy finish. Drink or hold.."

"A tight and chewy wine with polished tannins and a savory finish. Lots going on here but in a reserved way. Drink or hold."

"Ripe grapy aromas are full and slightly raisiny. This lusty Malbec is a touch stewed on the palate, but holds it together. Savory saucy plum and berry flavors finish mellow, bulky and with an herbal leafy note."

"The 2014 Reserve Malbec is a blend of grapes from Valle de Uco and Maipú with a fruit-driven nose and nicely integrated spicy aromas from having had 20% of the wine in barrique and the rest in contact with oak staves for some nine months. It's a juicy, fruit-driven, sweet Malbec, approachable and easy to drink. 60,000 bottles produced. - Luis Gutiérrez"
