"This Estate-grown cabernet is the top selection from the Thorn-Clarke vineyards, aged in French Oak. It's a seamless red, incorporating substantial tannins into pure black currant cabernet fruit. The herbal and green_olive accents in the tannins add flavors depth, and the wine gains extraordinary lenght of fragrance with air. A rich wine that will age on its tannins rather than its freshness, this should be closing in on its peak in another three to five years"
