"Jaume's 2021 Tavel Le Crétacé is another solid effort from this reliable producer. A blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 10% each Cinsault and Mourvèdre, it offers up scents of raspberries and white peaches, melons and limes. It's medium to full-bodied but taut, even a bit chalky in texture across the palate, but long and mouthwatering. Tasty stuff. - Joe Czerwinski"
