Pairs well with game and red meats and mild cheeses. Also a great pizza wine.

Very deep and complex Pinot with amazing structure and layered flavors. Needs time in the glass to really open up. I really like this Pinot and am really glad Brian Loring continues to source from Durell Vineyard. I can't wait to try this in another year or so."
