"(done entirely in cuve): Bright medium yellow. Pungent, musky, reduced aromas of lemon, crushed stone and caraway seed. Tactile, concentrated and quite dry, with its penetrating acidity supported by strong buffering extract. An energetic, structured Saint-Véran with noteworthy rising length. This is not as easy to drink as the Rochats but is a more serious main-course style of white wine that should be paired with more complex dishes.- Stephen Tanzer"
