"The 2012 Chablis comes from 30-year-old vines, the fruit fermented and matured in stainless steel for between 10 and 12 months. It has a slightly reduced and rather conservative bouquet, though aeration reveals attractive light flinty aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with crisp lime and gooseberry on the entry. Linear and nicely poised with good tension on the finish, the aftertaste is adorned with a touch of spiciness. Very fine. - Neal Martin"
