"The base 2019 La Remise smells and tastes like a big bowl of ripe strawberries drizzled with a touch of kirsch. Possessing a Tavel-like color as well as level of richness, it’s beautifully balanced, has good acidity, and a clean, lengthy finish. It’s a beautiful, rich, dry rosé that’s going to shine on the dinner table. I suspect it will evolve like a great Tavel and drink well for 12-18 months.”
