"Medium yellow gold. Rich fruit runs through this Chardonnay from the first whiff to the long finish. Aromas and flavors of citrus and orchard fruit complemented by hints of brioche and toast. Hand sorted, whole cluster pressed and fermented with native yeasts with battonage through malo; aged in 25% new French oak for 10 months."
