"The varietal 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon has varietal notes of baked morrón peppers and is herbal and ripe, with 14.9% alcohol and mellow acidity. It comes through as fruit-driven, expressive, juicy and quite pleasant. It was produced with their own grapes from Gualtallary and matured in new 500-liter barrels. 4,000 bottles were filled in February 2020. - Luis GUTIERREZ"
