"Sanguine and crisp in cranberry, currant and violet aromas, this wine is bright, expansive and integrated in oak, with accents of cedar and graphite. The full-bodied ripeness holds its own. - Virginie BOONE"
"This wine is 100% varietal and aged 22 months in French oak, 45% of it new. Maraschino cherry highlights its juicy midpalate of lush texture and integrated tannin structure, with a length of dried herb, lavender and black pepper on the finish. - Virginie BOONE"
"This has a warm feel, with gentle loam, mulled plum and menthol notes layered together, gliding through a plush, lightly toasty finish. Drink now through 2023. 650 cases made. - James MOLESWORTH"
"The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Oakville is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the family's estate vineyard, with maturation in 60% new French oak. Marked on the nose by scents of dusty earth, cedar and cassis, it's full-bodied on the palate but supple. A bit more extracted and clearly intended to age longer than Hoopes's Napa Valley offering, this is a fine Cabernet to age up to two decades, with a long, softly dusty finish. - Joe CZERWINSKI"

"The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Oakville brings more elegance and finesse. Coming all from Oakville and aged 28 months in 50% new barrels, it has perfumed red and black fruits, lots of spicy oak, medium body, and just a seamless, pretty, elegant profile that's going to evolve nicely for 10-15 years."
