Pale yellow color with a green tinge. Elegant and subtle bouquet of citrus fruits and peach. Fruity and lively flavors of lemon, grapefruit and gooseberries. Fruit-driven with terroir expression, bright acidity and a long finish.

Limestone from the Rupelian era, part of the Oligocene Age (32 million years ago) containing star fish, oysters and corral.
Vinification
Manual harvest; typically in September. Whole cluster direct press at low pressure with low amount of SO2, settling at 10 degrees Celcius. Addition of yeast and fermentation in 400-liter casks on the lees with regular stirring during 2 months. The wine is then aged 4 months in French oak barrels (between 15 and 20% new oak). Bottling in April of the following year.
